Yangyang-gun announced that the "Yangyang Chrysanthemum Scent Autumn Walk" event will be held at Yangyang Namdaecheon Chrysanthemum Garden from Oct. 26-27.

The event will provide a variety of attractions along with the 1st Yangyang Chrysanthemum Festival in front of the Yangyang-gun Agricultural Technology Center, organized by Yangyang-gun and Yangyang Cultural Foundation to promote the newly created chrysanthemum garden in Yangyang Namdaecheon and provide visitors with a variety of things to enjoy.

Visitors can spend a healing time facing chrysanthemums full of the scent of autumn throughout the venue against the backdrop of Namdaecheon Cherry Blossom Road and beautiful Namdaecheon Stream, which are colored with autumn leaves. In particular, lighting is expected to be installed in some sections of the chrysanthemum garden, providing another charm of the chrysanthemum garden at night.

Four busking performances will be held a day at the event, entertaining the eyes and ears with music, and Yangyang Market, Food Truck, and Chrysanthemum Tea tasting booths will also be set up with flea market companies.

In addition, a slow postbox that sends postcards will be operated for 200 people a day, and a photo printer service that prints cell phone photos taken with the chrysanthemum garden in the background will be operated to provide special memories to visitors.

The county and the Yangyang Cultural Foundation plan to prepare a rich autumn event that visitors to Namdaecheon Chrysanthemum Garden are satisfied with.
