The exhibition, which consists of a total of 19 people (team), is designed to enhance understanding of the global environment, including the environment and culture of Gangwon Province, by maintaining the diversity of all species that survive on Earth, understanding the relationship between various individuals included in the ecosystem, and presenting works of art for various creatures to coexist together.

What is noteworthy about this cultural Olympics exhibition program is that various school and regional linkage programs and "Gangwon of Empathy Together" were held together before the event to increase the connection between youth and the region, and to increase pre-regional promotion and participation.

"Gangwon of Empathy Together" presents works completed through participation from various age groups, including elementary, middle, high school, and college students.

The program, which is part of public art with citizens and the general public, consists of "Fluibus: Another World made up of Many Worlds" (2024), collaborated by Choi Soo-ang and Doma-da Restaurant, "Pavilions to Protect the Earth" (2024) with architect Choi Yi-sun and future architects, "The Cedar Horse Project" (2024) produced by Heo Jeong-won and students from Gangneung-Wonju University, and "Worry Exchange Center" (2024) of CTR, a cultural topography research institute, to share and exchange opinions on environmental issues.
