Sokcho City announced that it will recruit booth participants from September 3 to 11 for small business owners in the jurisdiction for the full-scale launch of the 2024 Sokcho Food Festival, which runs for three days from October 4 to 6.

The recruitment field is 21 booths in three areas, including Sokcho's representative food, beverages, desserts, and Sokcho specialties, and applicants can participate for three days during the festival among companies located in Sokcho as of the announcement date.

The 2024 Sokcho Food Festival (Maksu! Sokcho), which will be held for the second time this year, aims to be an eco-friendly festival without any other fees for sustainable festivals, and food sellers must provide food in multi-use containers or eco-friendly containers, and disclose basic menus and prices in advance.

The results of the selection will be announced on September 20 after an internal review.

An official from Sokcho City said, "We ask for a lot of interest in the 2024 Sokcho Food Festival (I'm so happy! Sokcho), and we hope local companies will pay a lot of attention and participation in this festival, where we can get a chance to show off the taste of Sokcho's representative food restaurants."

On the other hand, applications for participation must be submitted to the Sokcho City Hall Tourism and Tourism Marketing Festival Team by filling out the application form and submission documents posted on the notice on the Sokcho City Hall website.
