Sokcho City announced that the "2024 Sokcho Sea Festival" held at Sokcho Beach for three days from the 9th to the 11th was successfully completed with a hot response from many visitors.

"The festival, which was held under the theme of an eco-friendly and wellness festival enjoyed in the Sokcho sea, captured the hearts of many visitors as passionate stages such as various related experience programs and lively stage performances continued day after day," the city said. "We presented an unforgettable summer to vacationers while enjoying cool craft beer and Sokcho food at the Sokcho Beach Pub," which participated in the nation's famous craft beer brewery."

Following the Sokcho Summer Festival held last year, this year, it captured the attention of vacationers by exhibiting environmental works that save the earth using waste boards and recycled bottle caps, and once again suggested the direction of sustainable eco-friendly festivals by operating various experience booths through upcycling. Along with this, the Muscle Beach Challenge, which used sand beach chin-ups and iron rods with the youth club Push and Push in the district, was very popular with the young MZ generation.
