The Goseong Cultural Foundation announced that it will hold a three-day "Pets Culture and Art Festival" on Gonghyeonjin Beach in Jukwang-myeon, Goseong-gun from the 21st to the 23rd.

The festival will be held around Gong Hyun-jin Beach, where the Pet Tourism Youth Council is actively active, the foundation said. "It is organized with various programs for non-pets and pets to enjoy together, including art fairs to purchase pet-related works, flea markets to sell and exchange used pet products, and lectures and experiences related to pet culture."

Experience programs and lectures will begin at 11 p.m. on the 22nd, and "My T-shirt is not Dead," which prints companion images on old clothes, "Making pet toys from old clothes," which make pet toys from guardians' old clothes, and "Beyond the Rainbow Bridge," which draws animal families and makes cards through pet ros stories, are expected to have special meaning for pets and pets.

An official from the Goseong Cultural Foundation said, "We hope that the 'Pets Culture and Arts Festival' will spread awareness of companion culture to Goseong residents, and we hope that it will be a festival that everyone can enjoy together as a stepping stone for non-pets and pets to create interests."

Meanwhile, Goseong-gun said it plans to continue to lay the foundation for building a companion culture by inviting experts in each field related to companion culture and screening movies to create a society where humans and animals can coexist by drawing attention as a preferred destination for companion animal travel in 2022 after the Korea Tourism Organization's "Pet Travel Survey."
