The Goseong Cultural Foundation announced that the "24th Goseong Unification Pollack Festival Good Luck Festival," which was held at Geojin 11-ri Beach for three days from October 11 to 13, was completed with great success.

An official said that pollock was no longer produced due to climate change and temperature rise, and from this year, the pollock festival was changed to promote the pollock processing industry, and the festival was held by refurbishing various dishes and entertainments of pollock, a representative national food.

Under the theme of "Festival of Giving Luck with the Energy of Pollack," the festival was highly praised for increasing the satisfaction of tourists by expanding new contents such as the Pollack Theme Hall and the Pollack Beach Bar, creating an event venue, and conducting audience participation programs.

△Starting with the performance of 'Goseong Eoyo', the only sound of pollack fishing in the country, performances such as △ Shin Seung-tae and Park Nam-jeong, as well as performances such as △ Sea Movie Theater △ Sea Horse Magic Show were reinforced to increase the number of attractions. △The Pollack Main Hall, which displays living pollack and confirms the old records of the old fortresses and pollack, △The Craft Culture Hall, which reflects the arts and climate change of the artists, drew attention by giving a new perspective on the direction of the pollack festival.

According to officials, family visitors stood out above all else, and the one-day class where you make your own pollack crafts and the pollack playground using pollack became content that entertains visitors. In addition, pollack beach bars and various photo zones where you can feel the romance of the autumn sea were also popular.

The Cultural Foundation said, "The number of visitors during the festival was 97,000, down from 104,000 the previous year, but considering that the festival period was reduced by a day, it is said to have been successful."
