Inje-gun announced that the 42nd Hapgang Cultural Festival, a representative local cultural festival, will be held in Hapgangjeong and Inje Zandi Stadium from October 11 to 13.

"The Inje Hapgang Cultural Festival, which was first held in 1983, has become a representative local festival of Inje-gun in name and reality where the public, government, and county harmonize with various cultural and sports events," he said. "We will provide more colorful attractions and entertainment under the theme of '70,000 Inje! 100 Years of Future Leap!'" this year.

On the 11th, the first day of the festival, a Hapgang ritual will be held at Hapgangjeong to pray for the well-being of the people and regional development, and various events such as the opening ceremony, official events, and K·I (Korea, Inje)-Culture cultural concert will be held from the 12th.

In addition, on the 12th and 13th, the day of the event, more than 110 promotional and experience booths will be operated at the outdoor plaza of the Haneulin Center, and there will be a unique entertainment with club performances, exhibitions of works, and food trucks.

At the K·I (Korea, Inje)-Culture Culture Concert, popular singers such as invited singers Lee Seok-hoon (SG Wannabe), Insooni, Kim Pil and Son Tae-jin will be dispatched to provide a great stage by breathing with the audience. The drone light show, which will be held at 8 p.m. after the concert, will feature more than 500 drones embroidering the night sky and provide a variety of attractions to local residents and tourists. On the 13th, the last day, a military athletic competition will be held at Inje Lawn Stadium, where more than 1,370 players from six towns and villages will participate to compete in 18 sports, including soccer, ground golf, and Hangung.

In particular, this year, it will be held in conjunction with the Hanmaum Culture and Sports Event for Military Soldiers, the 10th Lifelong Learning Fair, and the Injejeon, an invitation to 2024 Korean Contemporary Sculptures, to provide a place for harmony for all citizens, officials, and counties to participate.

Meanwhile, the Hanmaum Culture and Sports Event for Military Soldiers will be held at Inje Zandi Stadium on the 11th. Sports events, experience booths, and food truck zones will be operated, and the Military Soldiers' Music Festival will be held from 6:30 p.m. Popular singers QWER, VIVIZ, and Signature will be on stage to perform. In addition, the 10th Inje-gun Lifelong Learning Fair will be held from October 12 to 13 at the outdoor plaza of the Haneulin Center.

Inje-gun County Governor Choi Sang-ki said, "I hope this Hapgang Cultural Festival will be an opportunity for all the county residents to enjoy and harmonize, and I hope many residents and tourists will visit and make memorable memories."

Meanwhile, the Inje Exhibition, the first exhibition of Korean contemporary sculpture in 2024, will be held at the Miracle Library from October 10 to November 10, allowing visitors to view artworks that combine both work and artistry, and on the 11th, the Inje Miracle Library will hold a "Inje-gun Lifelong Education Policy Forum" to discuss in-depth the "10-year lifelong learning diagnosis of Inje-gun, the era of AI artificial intelligence, and the policy direction of lifelong education."
