Goseong-gun will hold the 20th Goseong-gun Head Hanmaum Sports Competition in 2023 at Goseong Gymnasium from 10 a.m. on October 31.

More than 400 people, including Deputy County Governor Ji Seung-seop, Goseong-gun Council Chairman Kim Il-yong, heads of organizations, heads of organizations and their families, will attend the Hanmaum Sports Festival.

Hosted and organized by the Goseong-gun Branch of the Federation of Korean Governments and Bankbooks, the event was designed to encourage village heads who are striving for harmony and regional development at the forefront of administration and to promote harmony and friendship.

At the opening ceremony, senior vice chairman Kim Hong-gil's declaration of opening and exemplary heads of state who contributed to the development of the village and military government will be awarded a citation (Goseong County Mayor 3, Goseong County Council Chairman 3, Police Chief 2, Maritime Police Chief 2, Gangwon Province Branch Head of the National Federation of E-Channel and Bank Account Association), followed by congratulatory speeches by Jeon Young-soo, the head of the branch, and Kim Il-yong, the head of the Goseong County Council.

In addition, the head of the village and his family will have time to socialize and strengthen solidarity with each other through various sports events such as recreation and prize draw, such as a two-team talent show, beer, and makgeolli quick drinking competition.

Jeon Young-soo, chairman of Goseong-gun Branch, who organized the event, said, "In the future, the heads of the five towns and villages will continue to work in a united manner for local residents."

Ji Seung-seop, deputy governor of Goseong-gun, said, "We deeply appreciate the hard work of the village heads who serve as a bridge between the administration and the residents with the Hanmaeum Sports Festival, and we hope it will be a meaningful place to harmonize with each other."
