Goseong-gun will hold the "23rd Goseong Unification Pollack Festival" under the theme of "Hello Pollack, Hello Sea" on the beach in Geojin 11-ri, Geojin-eup, for a four-day run from the 26th to the 29th.

The pollack festival, which began in 1999 to promote Goseong-gun, the home of pollack and Korea's best pollack golden fishing ground, is contributing to the enhancement of Goseong-gun's external image and revitalization of the local economy for the 23rd time this year.

This pollack festival is a festival to reward and promote pride for local residents who have overcome crises such as overcoming COVID-19 and recovering from flood damage, and it is organized as a festival to thank everyone for their support and support for flood recovery by reinforcing safety prayers, street parades, and maritime parades.

A total of 32 programs in eight areas are prepared by reinforcing the existing pollack festival, and the official event on the 26th, the first day, will start with a Pungfish Festival, a street parade, and a pre-ceremony performance, followed by the opening ceremony at 5:30 p.m., followed by various celebratory performances (including DJ Koo Joon-yeop) and fireworks, the highlight of the festival.

On the second day, the 27th, there will be a club Hanmadang festival and an invited performance (including Mr. Trot Park Seo-jin, etc.). On the third day, on the 28th, there will be a performance in high-pitched language, a youth and military club Hanmadang contest and a celebratory performance (including two girl group teams), and on the last day, on the 29th, a youth art performance, a pollack singing contest (main line), and a celebratory performance (LED show, such as Mystrot Jung Mi-ae) will be held, and the festival will end with fireworks to mark the end.

In addition, regular programs include a food market, exhibition events (cultural exhibition, pollack deokjang, pollack water tank, store, pollack game), air bounce playground, photo printing service, pollack train, pollack (pickling + beer) party, and meeting square (pickling tasting).

Other programs include gwantae experience, roasting pollack, catching live fish with bare hands, beach pollack picnic, music box music cafe, children's pollack drawing competition, volunteering at Kyungdong University's Department of Chigi Engineering from the 26th to the 27th, and medical services from the 28th to the 29th at Korea University.
