A festival where you can enjoy the romance of the autumn sea at Susanhang, the representative fishing village experience resort on the east coast, will be held for three days from October 6 to 8.

Yangyang County (Mayor Kim Jin-ha) announced that it will operate various experience programs at Susanhang, the county’s representative fishing port, in conjunction with the Yangyang Songi·Salmon Festival, which is Yangyang’s representative autumn festival. The Susanhang Sea Experience Festival, which will be held for the sixth time this year, will be held under the subtitle ‘Enjoy the Sea of Yangyang’ and will feature ‘sea experience’ and ‘local food’.

The sea experience programs include yacht tour, fishing boat boarding, transparent canoe, water gun boat, pedal boat and other water leisure activities. The local food programs include Yangyang’s specialties such as grilled clams, grilled mackerel, grilled squid, grilled octopus, and grilled abalone.

The representative of the fishing village experience resort, Kwon Young-hwan, said, “We have prepared a rich experience festival based on the abundant resources and charms of Susanhang.” He also said, “I hope you come to the Susanhang Sea Experience Festival and make happy memories with the cool breeze and the autumn sea of Yangyang.”

Meanwhile, the fishing village experience resort has been operating various programs that can be enjoyed by the whole family every year, and has been promoting the development of local culture and community awareness by hosting festivals led by local residents.
